How do I place my order?

After looking at our website and taking note of the items you wish to rent out, you may give us a call and place your order over the phone, our phone number is 254-368-8287.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 30% refundable deposit. This is in case of damage, extremely dirty, missing items, or late returns. The deposit will help cover any extra labor required in these situations; However, once the items are returned, checked, and are in good condition the deposit may be refunded.

How early must I place my order?

All orders are first come first serve; therefore, we suggest that you place the order, sign the rental agreement, and pay as soon as you can to ensure that you have all the items for your event date.

When do I pick up / return the rental items?

Pick up and return dates vary on your event date, however both dates will be specified and found in your order invoice.

How long can I keep my rental items?

The prices found on our website are for one day rental. If you wish to keep the rental items longer then this will result in a fee for the extra rental days.

What happens if I return my items damaged or late?

Any damaged, dirty, lost, or items returned late will result in the initial deposit being kept in full to cover the necessary extra labor. However, if the deposit does not cover the full replacement of damaged items, then you will be notified of the remaining cost.

Where do I pick up my order?

You may pick up and return your rental items at our warehouse located at 710 W Veterans Memorial Blvd, Killeen, (Bell), TX. on the pickup / return days and time specified on your invoice.

What are your open hours?

You may place a call with us from Tuesday-Friday 10am-6m and Saturday 9am-12pm. However, our warehouse is only open Monday and Friday from 3pm-6pm for order pick up and returns.

Do you deliver rental items?

We may deliver qualifying rental orders at an extra fee. However, please keep in mind that not all orders are eligible for delivery and qualifying delivery cost is dependent on distance and load size.

How do I make my payment?

When you receive the invoice via email there will be a link where you can pay with a credit card. We also accept over the phone payments.

How can I reserve/hold the rental items?

Your rental items will be secured once the rental agreement is signed and the invoice is paid in full. If your invoice is not paid in full by the pickup date you run the risk of losing the hold on the rental items.
